CANCELATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

All appointments require a credit card in order to reserve an appointment as well as a non-refundable retainer that goes toward the total of your appointment.

If you’re unable to make make the appointment and do not reschedule within 48 hour, or do not show at all, you forfeit your retainer.

If you’re a returning agues with no retainer and you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment a fee of 50% of the scheduled service is due to get back on my books.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointments, I may not be able to provide the service for you which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
